Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Upon receiving payment from the User for the mentioned plan, PayerTrust will create a User ID in its system only after successfully verifying the User's KYC (Know Your Customer) information. If the User fails to complete a successful KYC verification, PayerTrust will be unable to create a User ID for that User. Therefore, to access PayerTrust services on its portal, a successful KYC verification is mandatory.

After User ID creation, in cases where a transaction fails for any reason directly attributable to PayerTrust and PayerTrust receives confirmation from the payment gateway, the transaction amount will be automatically refunded to the User's bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of the transaction. A confirmation email will also be sent to the User's registered email address with PayerTrust. It's important to note that the refund will only cover the actual transaction amount, excluding payment gateway charges and all applicable taxes. If a User receives a successful completion confirmation but does not receive services, the User must file a complaint by sending an email to the customer care email address provided on the website. PayerTrust will investigate the matter upon receiving the User's complaint, and based on the investigation, PayerTrust may issue a refund. In all cases, PayerTrust's liability is limited to providing a valid refund equivalent to the payment received by PayerTrust for a specific transaction. PayerTrust is not responsible for any other claims or consequential liabilities arising from service failures on its system.

The User acknowledges that this refund policy is subject to all the terms and conditions stated in the Agreement between the User, business associate, retailer, distributor, and PayerTrust.
